Hey guys! How was your Turkey Day weekend?
It was absolutely fantastic to have 4 days off and be mostly at home with my husband and pup just chilling, although it went by a little fast! We ate lots of leftovers, put up the Christmas tree, decorated the whole house, & ran some errands.
Now that December is here, I am so ready to embrace all-things-Christmas. I had been planning on making this ornament wreath for a while. It took a long time, but it was so worth it!
I absolutely love how it turned out!
MY CHRISTMAS WISH LIST 2014
So I am admittedly not a wish list person, but I got online on Black Friday & did some gift shopping and couldn’t help but see a few things I fell in love with for myself.
Really – I do not make wish lists for Christmas ever or expect to get certain things from certain people, so this is just for holiday fun to share some great finds
1. Fur-trim down puffer vest
Gap – $98
I have always wanted a vest. Every year I look at them and usually think they are too expensive. If you got this over Black Friday though, it was half off! I have a feeling this one would go with everything I wear. Love!
2. Gold Foil Confetti Weekly Planner
Paper Source – $30
I have been eyeing this for months now! It’s a 17 month planner (started in August), so it’s been out for a while.
The inside is absolutely perfect and it’s really high quality. I actually just bought a (much cheaper) planner, but if I still needed one, I’d want this.
3. Three-Button Cozy Boots
AEO – $50
I love me some UGGs, but those are really never in the budget for anyone, right?
These are very similar and got good reviews that said they were still great quality. And they would match that vest 😉
4. Bath Bombs
Lush – $5-10, each
Hubby usually gets me these every year. I love all of their bombs, but how cute is this one?
I want these, but we actually have a really small and kind of gross-to-me bathtub, but I could use them at my in-laws when we visit for Christmas!
5. Trusting God Day by Day Devotional by Joyce Meyer
Amazon – $13
I love all of her books and devotionals.
I have two that I read all of, so I could use another to throw in the mix for the new year.
